【讲课要点】：教授讲the best body temperature is 36-37 degrees Celsius。People use two types of thermoregulations(体温调节法)to maintain normal body temperature：方法1：physiological regulation，比如：winter→feeling cold→muscle tissue shake→produce heat→heat the body→maintain body temperature。方法2：behavial regualtion，举例：summer→when you stand under the sunshine and feel hot→you will walk to shade/shadow of trees or put off some of your clothes to get cooled off.
